Posted: Thu Jun 13, 2002 2:20 pmRick I am in Windows XP and can access the help menu through either icon the ACAD 2002 or the CGSURVEY for ACAD 2002 icon. Once tit is running it just comes up under help. Do you get an error message of any kind

no error message occurs. On the command line after hitting F1 or help icon shows '_.help
