Station and Offsets

When trying to use the station and offsets command in C&G for Acad 2002, it gives an error message "Error in Station Offset". For some reason, I have never been able to use this feature in C&G for Acad. It has only worked on our DOS standalone systems. Any ideas or is this a bug that has been unable to be resolved
