little problem with intellicad and Windows XP

when using Intellicad..you select to move text or anything and select a base point the cross hairs disapper..then when you enter it for base point..it re-appears..is there a toggle off or what can I do..thanks

I dont think there is a toggle I noticed the same thing in Windows xp, you should have a little box instead of a cursor. Windows XP seems to use resources mush better and I did have to sety my hardware accelorator way down to stop jumpy mouse.
