Can't open dwg in anything but Icad 2001

I cant' get the drawings I have done in Icad 2001 to open up in Acad 2002 or
Icad 98. I've tried to save the drawing in every format available and
nothing works. I have a client with Acad 2002 that wants the drawing ASAP.
Does anyone have a solution?

Steven,

Try saving the drawing to an AutoCAD version 12 format. The resulting
drawing should open in Intellicad 98. There isn't any reason that the
drawing shouldn't open in AutoCAD 2000. I tried it here and it worked fine
in AutoCAD 2000. Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

Same thing happened to me! Something about "handles". I opened the
drawing in Acad 2000 and saved it as a v14 file and then it opened fine in
Icad98.

For working out troubles with dwg data you can use recover dwg. It is able to view the results of restoring. The utility is compatible with all supported Windows OS. The tool is easy to use interface for any experienced users.
