C&G field plus problem

Postby langdontc » Sun Apr 06, 2003 4:29 pm

I have a Psion work about loaded with CG-Field + ver 4.56. I had to reboot
the data collector and in doing so everytime we now exit out of the Psion
programs into the C&G software we get this message "ERR: ST.OPT" we then hit
enter and it appears again we hit enter one more time and C&G starts up with
no problem. Is there anything I should be concerned about using this data
collector now due to this, and if there is a possible problem what could I
due to fix it. Thanks

Try a "soft re-boot"

You are missing the state options file, it should be in the root directory
of your program ssd.
