Topo

Postby Thomas R. Hardin » Fri May 09, 2003 4:06 pm

I'm running ICAD 98 with C&G for Windows v.5.50.03. I set up my TIN to topo
a large tract of property. However, there's a gap near the center of the
drawing where there are no contour lines. It's as if there has been a
boundary set up, and the contour lines won't connect across this boundary.
I've tried changing the interpolation distance. This seems to help a little
but does not completely alleviate the problem. I've also tried doing the
swap triangles thing. No success. Does anyone out there have a remedy?

I had the same thing happen yesterday... this is what worked for me:
Topo>Breaklines>By Point Number
Draw breaklines between the points where there is a gap. You can then
use "swap triangles" to arange them correctly.
