C & G transfer

HELP!!! I am doing an install for a surveyor in town and the disks for C &
G transfer are gone. I tried to copy the directory "SU" and all subsequent
directories to the new PC and all the converting to and from ascii is fine
but it will not allow him to upload or download to his Psion running field.
Has anyone had this problem before and if so, how did you fix it? Once I
get this done, I will be finished with the install and will be happy. There
is a dongle on the back of the computer that was on the old PC and it, the
transfer, worked fine there so it should be the correct dongle. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the latest,

The program was C&G field transfer. Apparently it did not require a dongle.
It came when he originally bought C & G field prior to Field + and the psion
workabout. Anyone have an idea where I can get a copy of this program as
his software is dead in the water without it. If it helps in identifying
the software, the executable is CH.EXE.
