Plot troubles

We are using CG 6.10.01 and plot through a network. One computer does
fine. When plotting from the other, the line thickness of the border on
the ends is cut in half. This can be seen on the plot preview. It
happens on any size drawing and it doesn't matter what the plot
size/paper is. It can be an 8 1/2 by 14 drawing on 17 by 22 paper, etc.
We've compared setting on both computers and can't see a difference. It
is probably some small thing that we've overlooked... anyone have any ideas?
