Is the 6.0 manual ready yet?

Postby Richard Preiss » Fri Oct 17, 2003 3:57 am

I have lots of questions as to how to do certain things that have become
second nature in Intellicad.

How do you get the program to start with a desired template drawing loaded?

Where is the "SNAPS" tool bar (if there is one) that I can dock or float?

etc.

Richard,

Yes the manual is ready. I will have a manual shipped to you today.

How do you get the program to start with a desired template drawing
loaded?

Take the template drawing that you want to load on startup and rename it to
cgsu.dwt.

Where is the "SNAPS" tool bar (if there is one) that I can dock or float?
The "Toolbar" settings are located under the View pull down. And yes you

can dock or float the toolbar as you wish.

I hope this helps you out. If you have any other questions please let us
know.

Thanks! I look forward to looking at the manual. Will I also be getting
a Help file to be used from within C&G? I don't seem to have one.

I used "customize" and show "All Commands" to build a "SNAPS" tool bar and
then docked it.

How can I get the arrow keys to pan left, right, up, down? (Like I could in
Intellicad.)

When I use "large buttons" on the "customize" tab, the C&G buttons
disappear. Why? I am getting old and eyesight is not what it used to be!

Thanks again.
