Plotted points vs coords

Using C&G for Autocad w/R14...When plot points on screen,points plot on top
of each other. For example,plot house corner shots 3' apart. Graphically
pick properties,same values, inverse between points or draw lines by points,
it is okay. Graphically draw lines, points in wrong place. Any help would be
appreciated and thanks in advance.
