Hardware block not working

Hi All,

We just updated our computer which runs C&G to Windows 2000. If we connect
the block to the printer port, the system works fine, but if we connect a
printer to the block it goes into demo mode.

The message board mentioned rainbow drivers. I went to their site and
downloaded what I thought might have been needed, but I am unsure. Anyways,
what I downloaded didn't work.

Any ideas?
