C&G-DOS running in Windows XP - No Middle Mouse Button

I can run CG-Dos in windows XP just fine except for one problem - I have no
middle mouse button. I can't find any drivers that will work. Does anybody
know how to fix this problem?

Jay,
We used to recommend a Logitech mouse and driver to resolve this
problem. You might look for a driver that will let you assign the "*" key
to the middle button.
