Customised Icons In CG-Windows

Hi .. I have been using CG-Windows for about a year now and like it alot.
The bad news is that my boss is a die hard DOS guy and has problems
navigating around Windows period. Is there a way I can customize CG-Windows
to act more dos like. He wants the P key to bring up the graphics and the L
key to bring up the Lines command. Is there any way possible that I can
make it more dos like just for him on his notebook.
