Changing points

Postby CG Survey » Wed May 26, 2004 2:30 am

Hello guys,

We use a description code system. We have all curb and pavement shots plot
with a +. This aids in cleaning up your drawing.

After the initial plot, I want to change all of those points to just dots. I
cant find a way to do that. In the DOS version it was a "GLOBAL" change.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Mike,
We're putting the Global Change function back into C&G in the next
release, but in the meantime you'll have to do it another way. Isolate the
layer(s) that contain the points. Under Drawing Settings, change the symbol
to a dot. Then you should replot those points using the Plot Points on
Screen command. Choose "Select" as your point selection method and you can
graphically pick those points from the screen. Give me a shout if you have
a problem.
John
