Error Message on startup - cg survey

Hello,

Shown below are the recent errors, that have started. I do not understand
why the errors are showing up. As far as I know, nothing has changed in my
installation.

AutoCAD menu utilities loaded.

Any help would be appreciated. I have not seen any problems in the way it
operates, but I am concerned.
