block attributes

I'm using C&G 6.1 and I was going to create a few blocks with attributes.
But I noticed there's not a menu for modifying object attributes. The
command to initialize the attribute dialog box is _BATTMAN. But here's what
that gives me:

Command: battman
Demand load failed due to missing module:
Name: AcBattman
Description: AcBattman
Module Path: Battman.arx

Apparently I don't have the standard AutoCAD express tools. Is there a way
to get these tools in C&G? I had really hoped for more AutoCAD
compatibility.
