OSSNAP BUG

If 2 ossnaps are picked (the 2nd being the actual button desired after a bad
pick on an improper ossnap), a diaglog box comes up trying to open a coord.
file.

Can this bug be fixed so that the program just responds to the latest ossnap
tool button? It works properly in AutoCAD/SurvCADD.
