Draw Lots from File

In cs2006 the "Draw Lots from File" command under the Design menu was very
convenient. Can anyone tell me how to access that command (or accomplish
the same tasks) in cs2007 standalone?

Found it under: \Area/Layout\Lot Manager\-select lot file- and the Lot
Editor shows up that allows the Drawing Options.
