When we bring in a block of ascii text we are able to justify right or
justify left. We are unable to do a full justification (margin to margin
alignment). Without this ability our plats with a legal description look
unprofessional.

Is there a solution?

Nothing in AutoCAD to do that.
ToolPac does include a utility to do full justification.
