Carlson 2007 Crashes!

I've installed Carslon 2007 on a computer in my office. It crashes every
time I attempt a command in a drawing file that is stored on our network. I
don't have this problem with Carlson 2006.

I contacted tech support and have been pass around to different indiviuals.
I emailed screen copies to carlson and haven't heard anything back ( I think
they forgot about be).

Any Ideas?
