Point Defaults for 2006

Postby abc2006 » Fri Jan 05, 2007 6:14 pm

Wondering if anyone else has had this same problem..

Whenever I draw points into a new drawing, two different point layers
are created besides the default automatically created for the points...I
get the same ones using 2004, and then I get another set
of them looking like this

PNTSDESC
PNTSELEV
PNTS

...Any input would be greatly appreciated. It's very bothersome when I
have to keep figuring out which set of layers to turn off/freeze/lock.

abc2k6-
I get same layers created. Since I do not place seperate attributes on these
layers they are empty, yet cannot be deleted within Layer Manager. It's a
PITA.
Learned to ignor those layers until I feel like cleaning house w. the Delete
Layer command.
