Carlson Survey Installation Problems

I had installed the demo of Carlson on my laptop. After I bought the
software, I reinstalled it, using the new serial number.

But when I open it up, I keep getting the message that it's running in demo
mode. I've tried to change the serial number, but it won't work. I've
uninstalled and reinstalled a bunch of times, and it still won't work.

Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions? I have an email into Carlson
already, but thought that someone here might have an answer.

Also, I installed it with no problems on my home computer. But I never had
the demo running on that one.
