Contours from LANDXML File

I have imported a .FLT file from a LANDXML file. How do I create contours
in my Carlson Survey from that .flt file?

1) Command: TINUTIL
2) Load TIN File
3) Next
4) Draw as 3D Faces
5) Exit TINUTIL
6) Triangulate & Contour
7) Make sure 3DFaces are selected on the Selection Tab
Press OK and select the 3D faces in the drawing
