Special Polyline Linetype scales in different layouts

I have two different layouts in one drawing. I have Telephone, Water and Electric linetypes that are not displayed the same way in each layout. I checked the LTSCALE and they are all the same in each layout. How do I get the scales to print the same way in each layout?

Sounds like you need to set PSLTSCALE to 0 for each of the layouts.
You'll need to do a REGEN to see the results.
