Bearing Arrows size & Position

Is there a setting that controls the size and position of the arrow when labeling bearings? I always have to move the arrows closer to the bearings and change the size to 0.08.

annotate->annotate defaults and at the bottom beside draw leaders there should be scaler for arrowhead and for offset.

Sorrry if I didn't make myself clear. What I was looking for was to control the size and position of the "bearing leaders" or the direction arrows drawn with the bearings. I tried changing the settings in the Annotation Defaults but had no luck.

Only other setting I would guess would be with drawing setup. You could change maybe the symbol plot size to affect the arrow size but nothing in there for offset.
