Downloading Leica DBX files

Hi New to user group

I am having trouble with downloading Leica DBX files from a TCRP1201.
Carlson translates the files fine, but does not seem to interpret the files correctly.
We do a lot of control work and observe multiple points in both faces.
Carlon does not seem to correctly distinguish between faceI and faceII observations.
All shots are translated as SS.

Is there a setting i'm failing to set or is this an issue with Carlson?
