company base drawing the process takes forever (several minutes to draw a
thousand points). This drawing has all of our layers, title blocks, etc.
in it. When I draw locate points in the basic drawing1, the process is
much faster and only takes a few seconds. I've run an audit on our
company drawing and found no errors, then I saved it as a dwt file. After
doing this I ran D.L.P. again with the dwt format and things were up to
speed. My question is why does it takes sssoooooo long to draw them in
the dwg format using our standard company drawing?
