Edit Attribute command

In LDD/Autocad I'm able to edit the attributes of a block by typing "ea".

In Carlson Survey, my barscale is not coming in correctly (coming in at half
scale or something), so I was trying to edit it. But "ea" does not work and
I do not know where to find it in Carlson.

Any ideas?
