Code Definitions

Hello,
I am trying to get a printout of the Code Defintions from the Field to
Finish section of Carlson Survey. Is there a way to print out the library?

when your in F2F click the Report Codes/Points, Report Type = Code
Definitions, then save it, or print it (you can choose to use the Report
Formatter more steps)
