Discussion group support

The Carlson support page says:
Carlson Software is striving to make a complete Technical Center for all
users. The addition of discussion groups will only enhance our Technical
Support. Users can now actively post messages not only to SurvCADD Technical
personnel, but also to other professionals! Click on the links below to
access our discussion groups.

I have found almost a complete lack of support on this discussion group from
Carlson itself. When we ask questions or even post a problem to the
technical support area we seldom get any response, and if we do, they rarely
get back to us with a solution or even an acknowledgement that there is a
problem. Carlson used to be the best in the industry, their program
probably still is, but I am greatly disappointed by the level of support
now.

Suggestion: Call (800-989-5028) or email Carlson (support@carlsonsw.com)
with your support problems.

Newsgroups are generally a peer-to-peer support outlet.
