Symbols on polylines

Is there a way to set up certain symbols to automatically draw on points
when drawing in certain layers...i.e. I want a triangle on my hubs in my
traverse layer and solid circles on my power poles on my utilities layer.

You can get this using FTF or Point Group Manager
