moving files

I have a project that has the drawings on the server but the data files are local on my computer. Is there an easy was to tell Carlson that ALL data files are on the server. I did change all the settings i could find but i still get error messages saying it cannot find the .cl files, even though I can edit them in Roadnet. I only get the error messages when i unload sewernet.
