Properties Dialog Box Doesn't Display

Anyone know how to fix this or where to find the equivalent of a .rws file in the support folder?

When I try to access the properties dialog box it doesn't display anwhere and I can't find it anywhere on the screen. If it has been docked, minimized, etc. I've tried everything and cannot find it.

Try expanding your screen to the right and left - the dialog box may just be out of view.
