Plotter Memory

I am using Carlson Software CES 2001/02/21. My HP 450c plotter has 16 mb
memory, but Carlson is using only 4 mb. When I go to settings and try to
reconfigure it says to change the plotter memory type HPCONFIG at the
command prompt. When I do this it says, "This command is not supported!"
How can I get Carlson to recognize the extra memory in the plotter?

Try opening the file "surv14.cfg", located in the root of the Surv folder.
Set the plotter memory (near the beginning of the file) and save the file.
Let me know it this takes care of the issue.

That did it, but it wasn't at the beginning. Thanks.
