Line table

I have a constructed a line table and found that the box is with a dashed linetype and the text is cyan. I found a file linetbl1.dwg in the document&settings\user\...support directory. It was constructed with cyan and dashed lines. I changed the colour to black and to a continous line and saved it in the same directory. Despite the changes I still get the cyan and broken lines. I have restarted the program & the computer and searched for other versions of Linetbl1.dwg. I have found other copies but none in the cyan and dashed format. I am still getting the linetable in the Dashed lines and Cyan. Where is the linetable hidden?

I went back into the Linte Table Default screen and changed one setting and then reset the setting and now the correct colour and linetype is coming up. However, now when I select the second and subsequent lines the text in the table is placed in the the same row. I had this occuring before and I managed to correct it by a similar process to the one mentioned above.
