Vincent, i can't find an improvement list for the Roads program but i
will get somebody on it and see if they can find one. The cost to
upgrade from Carlson Roads 2004 to Carlson Roads 2006 is $395. I don't
understand your question of why is it so much more. If you are
referring to Carlson Survey 2004 to 2006, the upgrade is also $395. To
upgrade both packages it would be 395 X 2.
Yes Roads 2004, data files and drawings, are compatible with Carlson
Survey 2006. So you could keep your roads 2k4 and use whatever files
you need both in 2k4 and 2k6. However, you will have to install the
programs separately using individual serial numbers for both. With this
set up you couldn't just switch menus from survey to roads and vice
versa. So if you needed to use roads you would have to launch roads
using its program icon and the same would apply to Survey 2k6. So yes
you can do what you want but it wouldn't be the handiest setup
imaginable. Hope this helps.

2004 with carlson 2006? So it won't cost so much?
