base.dcl can't find file

When I start the Carlson software I get prompted to specify a font for
Fontalt and down the bottom of the window it says
Font not Found: Simplex

The following error appears after selecting a font
"Base.DCL"
Can't find file

I am running WinXP Pro SP2 and have just moved this machine from a workgroup
(where it was working) to a domain (where I get the errors listed above). I
have tried uninstalling & re-installing the whole application with no
success. The user is a local Administrator. If I log onto the PC as the
domain Admin the software works fine.

Any ideas?
