UCS Plan View

Ok bear with me here, abit new to Carlson but quite farmilar with Autodesk.
Cant seem to figgure out how to set the ucs to the plan view. It must be
here somewhere!

Carlson don't support user coordinate systems. You can go to the world
view by UCS_WORLD.
