Endpoint Leaders

Is there a way to get this command to put the leaders at the endpoints
instead of just near?

Currently, this command creates a sloppy mess when multiple leaders are used
for different directions from the same point.

Annotate/Annotate Defaults/Draw Leaders to Endpoints.

Also make the Offset Scaler = 0
