Triangulate and Contour Carlson 2006

When I run the triangulate and contour I receive the following message:

C:\PROGRAM FILES\CARLSON SOFTWARE 2006\LSP\CONTOUR4.ARX cannot find a dll or
other file that it needs.

Unable to load C:\PROGRAM FILES\CARLSON SOFTWARE 2006\LSP\CONTOUR4.ARX

Has any one received this same message and what is the fix?
