Reviewing CS 2008 StandAlone ... am / was a ACAD 2006 User

Does CS 2008 StandAlone have a Block Editor function.
Have found the Block Insert by ' command: Insert ', but not able to find a block editor.

Thx

Thanks for your reply ...

Tried inserting a Block, then using Edit>Text>Edit Text and received this msg:

Command: EDITXT
Select Text to Edit:
Error: Not Text, Attdef, or Block with Attributes...
The particular inserted block has text & linework

ACAD 2006 allowed an actual editor for all portions of its inserted blocks, so that one would not have to explode then re-block to edit.

Maybe I am still editing it wrong ??
Any more suggestions / explanations appreciated. Thx again

If the ._BEDIT command doesn't work, I suppose it's disabled in CS.
