LDD Tin to Carlson Survey

I have several drawings where the contours were created with LDD and the
rest of the drawing was created with Carlson Survey. Is there a way to get
the tin data and the breaklines from LDD into CS? I know that I can
recreate a tin from the contours but I really need the original tin with
the original breaklines. The reason the drawings were done this way is
that we are in a transition phase. We ar going from LDD to CS for our
survey dept.
