Deed File Areas

When calculating an Area using the Deed from Screen Entities function, how
does the area calulation deal with the misclose. I have a legal requirement
that the reported area is a Bowditch Adjusted Area.

Is there a way to have each of the deeds created from screen entities be
written to a deed file?
