I not that when entering sideshots from a point with the line on option
selected, I do not get lines drawn to the new point.

How do I get it to draw a line from the occupied point to the sideshot
point?

If you are keying in the points using the sideshot routine while in the
drawing screen then there really isn't anyway to do it automatically.
If you have your rw file turned on, you can key in the data on the
screen while writing to the rw5 file. After keying in the data go to
Edit Process Raw Data under the Tools pulldown and then on to Tools>Draw
Traverse and Sideshot Lines. This will draw the lines for traverse
shots and sideshot data to specified layers. Hope this helps.
