Move point attributes with leader- Carlson 2009

Ever since the downloaded update a few days ago, the "Move Point attributes with leader" doesn't work property for me. You have to move the attributes about 3x the drawing scale before the leader is drawn.

In other words, when I run Carlson now, I have to change the drawing scale to 1 in the settings before I try to move any point attributes with a leader.

I had some issues as well and have asked the programmers to take a look and see what's going on.

I found that while you are in the command for moving the point attributes you can
1) type O for Options 2) change the Minimum leader length and Minimum arrow length from 3.0 to 0.3
This seems to fix the problem.
I then saved the change to my Template file and it comes up right.
