I am not having any success implementing the Custom attributes in FF.The manual is minimal in the explanation and does not have an example. Any help would be be appreciated.

I have managed to create symbols with attributes. The symbol appears correctly in the symbol table. If I insert a symbol, it pauses with a screen to input the attribute variable. However, if I use the Draw-Locate Points function it comes up with the following error
Error: Reactor-less point failed to be created.
The same error occurs if I use field to finish. In the code screen where I assign the the symbol to the code, the custom attribute screen does find the attribute when select Find Custom attributes
I suspect this a bug or I am I missing something
