NEW UPDATE?

What is the deal with the file on the website? The previous date on the
update file was 8-30-05. Now the date is 9-7-05. Has there been another
update that requires another full install?

If so, can't there be patches used vs. full re-installs? It takes several
hours to uninstall/re-install on all of the workstations in our office...
