Delete Line Table Elements Not Working

I get this message "Error: unable to match function code from lisp routine." when attempting to delete table elements. I could manually delete them, but I would have to manually edit the line number attributes. This command used to work correctly.

Also, the order of the drawings in the startup dialog are reversed. More of a nuisance than anything, but this was formerly correct, too.
