Problem with Carlon Layer toolbar

I am trying to access the Layer Freeze command using the Carlson Layer toolbar, but I get this error message:

Hard error occurred ***
internal stack limit reached (simulated)

This has been going on for a few days. Any idea what is wrong?

Go to Settings> Quick Keys and press OK. Close and restart the program and you should be set.
