After i scale my DWG then draw locate points there to big?

I received a new drawing from a contractor, so i scaled it down 1/12 changed units to decimals, then i DIM updated all. Everything is working out great but when i i go to to points draw locate points screen pick the points are too big. Does anyone know how to change the size on the point numbers?

I also went to settings/preferences/ user preferences and set the insertion scale to unitless, it was on inches.

drawing setup > horizontal scale.
Maybe try 1/12 of what it is set at, then draw-locate points again.

Under the points menu, select Scale Point Attirbutes. Enter a factor and select the points you would like to affect.
